Company History

StealthEnomics was founded in 2013 and manifested a vision of no-fail, predictable, business launches.  Today, StealthEnomics funds, launches, builds, grows and protects businesses. Capitol Consulting Strategies, LLC, a premier strategy consulting firm, specializing in political, marketing and business strategy was founded in 2008 by Chief Strategist and CEO, Krystel Reid, LMSW.  Capitol Consulting Strategies, LLC specializes in developing evidenced-based comprehensive strategies to enable its clients to meet their business objectives.  

Our Evolution

In 2018, StealthEnomics and Capitol Consulting Strategies, LLC partnered to form a dynamic team, delivering strategy and the execution of launching businesses, building infrastructure and growing organizations.  

Today

To further maximize our impact, StealthEnomics and Capitol Consulting Strategies, LLC formed Stealth Strategies to enable governmental entities and large organizations to meet their objectives through the development and execution of business, marketing, IT and governmental relations strategies.

Krystel Reid

Biography

As a trained analyst, Krystel D. Reid, applies her 15 years of strategy, research and analysis from conducting   several   comprehensive   political   analyses   and   developing evidenced-based marketing campaigns to political, corporate and governmental clients. Previously, Ms. Reid has worked as an adjunct professor at the College of Social Work at the University of South Carolina, specializing in community and economic development, teaching courses in research methodologies and program analyses.  Ms. Reid earned a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Social Work and a Master of Social Work with an emphasis in macro social work, specializing in research methodologies, analysis and strategic planning, both from the University of South Carolina.  Committed to life-long learning, Ms. Reid earned the credentials to become a Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) practitioner (licensure in renewal). A consummate learner, Ms. Reid is enrolled in the City of Columbia and the Kaufman Foundation’s current Fast Trac Growth Venture course, to further enable organizations grow and scale their enterprises.   

 

Role with Stealth Strategies, LLC

Ms. Reid leads the development and implementation of the Partnership’s strategy and manages the delivery of clients’ business, marketing, and governmental relations strategy to meet desired objectives.

Demond Raybon

Chief Information Officer, Business Strategist

and Co-Founder

Biography

Demond Raybon adds over 20 years of experience in technology infrastructure, deployment, and integration. Demond has successfully deployed computer workstations and servers across multiple sites, developed multiple websites and bridged data between multiple platforms. Mr. Raybon’s proficiency in these areas assisted organizations with reducing their overhead by leveraging technology and business process optimization to reduce manual tasks and labor required to operationalize routine day-to-day functions. By factoring in the strategic plan of an organization, Mr. Raybon can identify areas of opportunity to reduce cost, increase productivity, and eliminate wasted technologies. Mr. Raybon’s passion lies in helping small to mid-size businesses and organizations find areas where they can maximize their business revenue opportunities through a process of uncovering where there are wasted effort and time being spent in areas which doesn’t affect the organizations core objectives.  

 

Role with Stealth Strategies, LLC

As the Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Raybon remains current with all emergent and future technologies required to run the day-to-day activities. This includes overseeing any projects where development and technology integration will be involved. His expertise leads client engagement and delivery efforts to ensure efficient system implementation.

Paul Hickey

Chief Financial Officer, Certified Project Manager

and Co-Founder

Biography

Paul J. Hickey adds a 25+ year portfolio of successively increasing leadership responsibilities, primarily supporting Government agencies. starting as Program Manager for a $1M project extending to Sr. Director of Finance with annual P&L responsibilities of $200+M. His responsibilities have included operations and direct leadership for organizations of 300+ employees, 13 geographically disbursed offices, and wartime operations in Afghanistan. His P&L knowledge guide operational decisions to balance customer needs with company fiscal goals, maximizing the return on both. Mr. Hickey’s most recent efforts focus on assisting small businesses to balance growth and operational stability by advising business owners on finance, operations, pricing, and policy development. A lifelong student, Mr. Hickey earned a Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering, Masters of Business Administration, and Masters of Engineering in Sustainable Energies. Currently, he is a PhD student in Civil Engineering studying gender diversity in the executive suites of civil engineering and construction firms.

 

Role with Stealth Strategies, LLC

Mr. Hickey serves as Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Stealth Strategies. Leveraging his extensive P&L experience, he leads all aspects of financial operations for the company including project execution, financial compliance, and revenue recognition. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Hickey offers clients with capabilities to manage large- or small-scale projects.
